Conclusive Proof
7/7/7, Wiltshire
A new art-form has appeared in the last couple of decades, unknown to all previous ages of humanity: circular mandalas in which access to the centre is denied. This has implications which need to be discussed.
FOR A START, FORGET ABOUT ANY TEAMS OF CIRCLE-MAKERS!
7th June – Nr Devises
A 36-fold division of a perfect circle with no centre has appeared, i.e. it is divided at equal ten-degree intervals. That involves dividing a circle by nine to start with, and I doubt if any of us could manage that – even with access to the centre!
I certainly could not: not on paper, nor in a field.
This is, surely, what we’ve all been looking for all these years – firm, concrete proof that a formation is not man-made. In the past such arguments have depended upon a formation being huge, very complex etc., which was fair enough. However this is different. This time it’s a logical impossibility. One could safely offer a substantial reward – to be paid to anyone who could duplicate this formation, either on a sheet of paper or in a field at night! Just make an exact circle and divide it into 36 without touching the centre – simple, isn’t it …?
The petals around the outside are each made from two arcs, one per ten degrees, in other words there are 72 arcs forming the petals around the perimeter. Now 72 is a very cosmic number, the number of precession: the stars move one degree every 72 years. So maybe this formation is signifying the precession of Earth’s axis, moving round one degree per 72 years?
A month later on 7th of July – 7/7/7 if one adds the digits of the year 2023 – there appeared another no-centre perfect circle. There was a sense of delight in the way the outer petals just touch each other.
Walking though these, I noticed that, as of old, the wheat was hardly damaged or broken and still alive: it had simply been bent an inch or so above the ground. Because these were hardly any visitors – everyone thinks the phenomenon is over! – I was able to appreciate the marvellous flow of the flattened wheat, hardly damaged by footprints: in a way no bruising by wooden boards could simulate.
Over the years, one noticed an absence of mundane designs (e.g. cats and dogs, breasts and penises) that ordinary British lads might wish to inscribe in a cornfield. But such an argument may not be conclusive.
Philosophers have not widely apprehended the geometrical fact, that a number of exquisite perfect-circle designs have been appearing, where access to the centre is absolutely denied. Here are three more. These masterpieces could be tricky to make, in the four hours or so of a summer night’s darkness. Something is able to make these without requiring access to the centre. That is, geometrically speaking, impossible.
Philosophers need to discuss the following question: is this proof of alien contact?
